Opens for Business in Palm Desert

PALM DESERT , Calif: Feb. 27, 2007: – Sunrise Community Bank opened its doors for business today in their temporary location at 74-040 Highway 111, Suite D in the heart of Palm Desert. The bank focuses on serving small businesses, the real estate community, HOAs, and professionals and their families throughout the Coachella Valley. A full range of loan and deposit products, as well as online banking, cash management products, and courier service will be available to customers of the bank.
The bank’s permanent location, which is scheduled to be completed in late March, will be in the new Business Park of the Desert at Cook Street and Hovley Lane.
“There has been a high level of support for our new bank throughout the community as evidenced by the large number of local investors that supported our capital raising effort,” said bank president Stu Bailey. “The strength of our bank will be with the board of directors, who are key local business leaders and entrepreneurs committed to community and relationship banking, along with our team of highly experienced local Coachella Valley bankers who each brings a proven track record of providing an extraordinary level of service to their clients.”
